The total length of each presentation will be 20 or 30 minutes of which 3-5 minutes should be allowed for discussion and questions. The moderators are encouraged to strictly keep to the timetable. Please, introduce yourself to the moderator before the session. If you are giving an oral presentation we request that you provide a copy of your presentation file (Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF are available) to any member of the local organizing committee at the time of registration. This will allow us to upload your presentation ahead of time and check the file is compatible with our Operation System. Please check the agenda and plan accordingly.
Poster size will be announced on October 1, 2018. Posters will be available during the whole meeting, and the presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during the tea/coffee breaks.
